Who We Are

The Hudson School caters to pupils from 1 – 11 years (from early years through primary school), effectively molding their characters, paradigms, and ethics with Christian values, a love for lifelong learning and to become assets to their respective communities.
We focus on this age range because it constitutes the foundation and impressionable stage of human growth. Brain research indicates that birth to age three is the most important years in a child’s development. Then pupils, 8 – 11 years old, showed the most susceptibility to social influence, preparing them for the onslaught of the unpredictable teenage years.
The name ‘Hudson’ and its medieval personal tag ‘Hudde’ have at least three possible origins, and two meanings—heart, mind, spirit versus power, strong, hardy. Definitions that speak to the goals of The Hudson School and translate into the values we uphold.
